The judging panel for the Corporate Content Awards is made up of in-house leading industry experts. We have two agency slots and they are filled by the 2024 winners of the 'Best corporate storyteller' and the 'Grand prix'. We welcome in-house corporate communications experts based to the panel. Cintia Bailey boasts 16 years of experience in the communications field, beginning her journey in media analysis in 2008 after graduating in Journalism in her native, Brazil. Transitioning from the private sector, Cintia joined the NHS in 2019 and now serves as the Head of Communications for Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. She has a passion for compelling corporate storytelling, engaging employees and stakeholders, and driving organisational initiatives and campaigns. Cintia is a strong advocate for corporate social responsibility and believes organisations should wholeheartedly embrace equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Andy leads marketing and communications for Nokia’s software business. After more than 25 years in the telecoms industry, he remains fascinated by the possibilities of technology, in particular the potential of 5G, automation and AI.  He believes in the power of storytelling and empowering others to create, experiment and take calculated risks. He loves using his various devices to keep up with social media, news, and football results. Finally realising that the phone call from Arsenal FC was never going to come, he has given up playing and now prefers to watch his kids chase their own dreams from the side of the pitch.

Her experience includes devising and delivering effective communications programmes for purposeful businesses, showcasing impact, ensuring transparency and meaningful conversations with stakeholders, customers, employees and clients. Her expertise covers all aspects of corporate communications including traditional and digital media engagement, executive visibility, issues management, as well as campaigns and supporting employee and client communications.

Nicola is responsible for Public Affairs, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, Internal and External Communications. Nicola also works directly with the CEO and offers strategic counsel to other members of the Executive Committee.
Prior to this, Nicola was appointed as a member of the Executive Team for Telefónica (O2) UK Limited in June 2019 as Corporate Affairs Director, a role she held since 2016. She joined the company in 2003 as Head of Media and under her leadership, helped O2 achieve the highest corporate reputation in the sector. Nicola is a communications industry figurehead, an active campaigner for Women in PR and a regular feature in PR Week’s UK Power Book.

Georgie has twenty years’ experience in PR and communications, starting out in agencies and then the charity sector, before joining the BBC. Georgie has worked in a variety of roles, including corporate communications, TV and radio publicity, internal communications, marketing and digital. She was part of the team responsible for launching the BBC’s production arm as a commercial subsidiary and became BBC Studios’ Head of Communications, Productions in 2016. BBC Studios merged with BBC Worldwide in 2018 and since 2020 Georgie has overseen its corporate and digital communications team, telling the company story to attract global business, talent and partners.

Candida spent the first part of her career agency side working for global organisations like`MSL and Weber Shandwick in the UK and US, and owned her own consumer lifestyle agency, Eskimo PR, for 10 years.

With over 20 years’ marketing experience, Julie brings a wealth of knowledge from across industries and sectors, including construction, higher education, leisure, and events.
Most recently, Julie has been helping to tackle the perception issue around construction, leveraging the experience and legacy that iconic projects bring to communities and economies - celebrating the delivery of places that help people thrive.

Pressiana Naydenova is Corporate Communications Manager at Associated British Ports (ABP), the UK’s largest port operator, where she provides strategic communications advice to support the company’s Group-level projects. She has over 10 years of experience in communications, across the corporate and charity sectors and holds professional qualifications from both the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

She holds a degree in Politics and East European Studies from University College London and an MSc in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She serves as Committee Member at the CIPR Greater London Group and Vice Chair at the Seahorse Freight Association, a not-for-profit organisation championing career and networking opportunities for supply chain and transport journalists.

She is a strong advocate for helping powerful ideas spread, especially in relation to the energy transition, creating value for local communities and building more equal, diverse and empowering places to work.

As British Airways’ Director of Communications, Nicola is responsible for leading the airline’s global internal and external communications, government affairs and social media function to protect and promote the company’s brand and reputation, delivering the company’s corporate narrative and transformation communications to support the business strategy and promote global brand awareness, while defending the airline’s reputation. Most recently, as part of the campaign to re-position the brand’s narrative and raise awareness of the company’s £7bn transformation plan to rebuild pride and trust both internally and externally, Nicola’s team created a global showcase series of experiential events for a range of stakeholders, delivering widespread media coverage and brand warmth. During the global pandemic, the worst crisis to ever hit the airline, the communications team increased the airline’s reputational scores by almost 70%, winning them the PR Week ‘In-house PR team of the Year’ award. British Airways’ internal ‘build back’ communication strategy following the pandemic, ‘A Better BA’, has been a driving force in the company’s increased engagement scores. Prior to joining British Airways, Nicola reported for BBC News (on TV, Radio and online) for more than a decade.

He is Revolut's Head of UK Comms, overseeing the media and communications strategy for Revolut’s largest market, which has over 9 million customers and 1,300 employees across the UK. He leads a team of comms professionals, managing the proactive and reactive communications for both consumer and corporate media. Zander started his career in journalism, working at The Independent on Sunday for both its News and Sports desks before moving into communications with FTI Consulting. Over the course of six years he worked with dozens of retained clients as well as across a number of M&A transactions and IPOs.

Her role covers all external communications, including corporate and financial communications, brand PR, ESG communications, and public affairs.

Prior to joining The Gym Group, Clare held EMEA roles at Starbucks and WeWork, having started her career in an agency at Edelman in the corporate and financial team. She has also been a mentor with The Girls’ Network since 2022, an organisation that seeks to inspire and empower girls by connecting them to a mentor and professional network.

Duncan West is Group Head of Corporate Communications for Bupa, the international healthcare company, which serves over 50 million customers worldwide. He has been at Bupa for over five years and is responsible for protecting and promoting the company’s reputation via corporate and financial communications and media engagement.

Before joining Bupa, Duncan managed internal and external communications and public affairs for Lloyds Banking Group. He has also worked for Prudential, the City of London Corporation and the European Commission. He began his career in the European Parliament in Brussels.
