Kate studied French and Spanish at Leeds University before completing a post-graduate degree in international marketing. Based in the UK, she has also spent time working in Spain and France.

Overall, she has nearly two decades of financial communications experience, having previously led global client marketing and corporate communications at State Street, and worked at ETF Securities and the Investment Association.

Noreen launched the campaign group, Reboot in 2020 using the power of communications to promote greater diversity through discussions about ethnicity in the workplace and society, with a particular focus within the financial services industry. Reboot is rapidly growing into a leading proponent and moderator of these discussions, commissioning original research as well as  its annual index that measures UK financial services diversity

Neil places a strong focus on content and video storytelling following a 20-year career with the BBC, ITV and commercial radio as a broadcast journalist.

He has steered the airport’s communications team through a range of challenges including a major redevelopment and the COVID pandemic. Under his leadership, London Luton Airport has previously scooped Gold both at the Corporate Content Awards and Digital Impact Awards and been a finalist in the CIPR Excellence Awards.

Before joining Thames Water, Steff was a Content manager at the telecommunications company, EE. During her time there, she led the content design for major campaigns, including Apple Music, iPhone, and BT Sport.

David is responsible for leading Honeywell’s communications team across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), a region that includes all the company’s global businesses, representing approximately 30,000 employees. Among his top priorities are to drive the communications strategies and programs to support Honeywell in becoming the world’s leading software-industrial company driving digital transformation across advanced industries.

David has more than 20 years of international communications experience; prior to Honeywell he led Canon’s internal and external communications functions across EMEA, (2017-2021), where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the communications strategy across B2B and B2C for all stakeholder groups.

Before that he was based in Singapore where he led the communications team for General Electric’s (GE) Global Growth Organization (2012-2016), with a primary focus around supporting GE’s growth in all markets outside of the US and for managing GE’s reputation with top tier influencers globally.

Prior to joining GE, David spent 12 years at Cisco (1999-2012), most recently building and running Cisco’s communications team in Asia Pacific and China (2008-2012), with responsibility for all external and internal communications functions and for Cisco’s Globalization Centre in Bangalore, India. Earlier roles at Cisco included leading Cisco’s European PR group (2006-2008), after spending several years in Corporate PR managing thought leadership campaigns, crisis communications, M&A and C-Suite communications at industry and business events such as the World Economic Forum, Davos.

David has travelled extensively and has a genuine passion for the developing world having grown up in Zambia and Papua New Guinea. He is an active participant in endurance sports events and currently lives in Surrey, England, where he and his family have lived for the past five years.

In 2015 he joined the board of Last Word Media as Editorial Director with responsibility for the editorial strategy of all the firm’s publications worldwide - International Adviser, Portfolio Adviser, Expert Investor and Fund Selector Asia. He also had responsibility for the design and delivery of content for third-party asset management clients across video, websites, bespoke microsites, hard copy and digital publications.

She previously served as Managing Director of Pro-Media Communications, a bi-coastal public relations firm specializing in social advocacy; Vice President for Communications at the Foundation Center (now known as Candid), a national organization that advances knowledge about philanthropy and the social sector; and Director of Marketing at Baruch College/CUNY.

Wade is on the Board of Directors of Ariva, a nonprofit organization that empowers low-wealth New Yorkers with financial management tools and assistance to help them achieve economic stability. She earned a master’s degree in corporate communication from Baruch College/CUNY and a B.A. in media studies from Fordham University. In 2019, she was recognized with a Schneps Media Power Women in Business award.
