Judges

The judging panel for the Corporate Content Awards is made up of in-house leading industry experts. We have two agency slots and they are filled by the 2023 winners of the 'Best corporate storyteller' and the 'Grand prix'. We welcome in-house corporate communications experts based to the panel. Kate is a corporate communications leader with over 25 years’ international communications experience; she has worked in a range of industry sectors including technology, travel, financial services and sports marketing.  Kate is passionate about driving impactful communication strategies to achieve commercial and business goals and is experienced across multiple communication disciplines including corporate affairs, investor relations, PR & media relations, internal communications, event management, social media strategy, content marketing and CSR.

Kate studied French and Spanish at Leeds University before completing a post-graduate degree in international marketing. Based in the UK, she has also spent time working in Spain and France.

From starting her career in agency life working in public affairs, she became a specialist in sustainability communications, crisis management and corporate communications, with experience spanning industries from retail to banking. Over her 14 years at SUEZ, Naomi was instrumental in increasing media share of voice for the waste management company from fifth, to first position. In 2015, she project managed the SUEZ group’s rebranding and repositioning in both the UK and Scandinavia, and has overseen the employee engagement programme resulting in the company being awarded the Sunday Times Best Companies’ ‘Best 25 Big Companies to Work For’ accolade in 2018 and again in 2020, for a predominantly operational and dispersed workforce’.

In his current role, Sanjay is Associate Director for content and channels at NICE, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. He is embarking on a new content strategy to help NICE deliver the aims of it's ambitious new 5-year strategy. He previously lead on content at Public Health England working across a number of health improvement campaigns on topics such as smoking, obesity and dementia. Most recently he worked on public facing messaging during the COVID pandemic including the Stay at Home and self-isolation advice. Sanjay started his career as a health journalist writing for GP trade press and The Lancet.

She has served as a strategic communications consultant to numerous mission-driven organizations, helping them to develop strategies that build their visibility and influence. She currently serves as Director of Communications and Influence at The Rippel Foundation, a nonprofit operating foundation that works with health-focused partners throughout the United States to foster a future of equitable health and well-being for all. Before joining Rippel, Wade was the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Amida Care, a Medicaid managed care health plan specializing in comprehensive coverage and coordinated care for New Yorkers affected by HIV. She previously served as Managing Director of Pro-Media Communications, a bi-coastal public relations firm specializing in social advocacy; Vice President for Communications at the Foundation Center (now known as Candid), a national organization that advances knowledge about philanthropy and the social sector; and Director of Marketing at Baruch College/CUNY.

Wade is on the Board of Directors of Ariva, a nonprofit organization that empowers low-wealth New Yorkers with financial management tools and assistance to help them achieve economic stability. She earned a master’s degree in corporate communication from Baruch College/CUNY and a B.A. in media studies from Fordham University. In 2019, she was recognized with a Schneps Media Power Women in Business award.
